Welcome to the weekly plank challenge! A plank is a full body exercise that engages your core, glutes and hamstrings, supports posture, and improves balance. Complete this challenge with your family, friends or co-workers and have fun with some friendly competition! Follow this link to learn how to properly plank. Remember you can always modify a plank by coming down to your knees.

Wednesday: 25 second plank

Thursday: 30 second plank

Friday: Get out your timer and try to hold your plank for at least 30 seconds, see how long you can hold it! Make it a competition with your family, friends or co-workers!

Advanced Plank challenge:

Monday: 25 seconds

Tuesday: 30 seconds

Wednesday: 40 seconds

Thursday: 50 Seconds
